Methodologies

Online Market Research

The internet provides a wealth of resources in conducting market research. Tapping into our global panel, reach your customers, prospects, or competition to gain fast insight on your product, service, or question with programming that allows access to your respondents on your device of choice.

CAPI

We currently have 120 mobile CAPI workstations available for deployment across Europe for on-site interviews, at hall-tests, and in-home visits, where the interviewer reads the question from and inputs the responses into a laptop. Our nationwide force of experienced CAPI interviewers use state-of-the-art technology.

CATI

A telephone interview in which the interviewer records answers on a computer, CATI automates the interviewer’s calls, the recall in case of absence, and checks quotas. Our call centres are staffed with native speaking, trained interviewers who can carry out multi-country studies, with a total capacity of 22 seats available over 12 hours per day.
