As Fieldwork Manager, reporting to the Fieldwork Director, you will be a key player on any project. You will work closely with the operations team on allocated projects to ensure that the sample is achieved in accordance with the client’s expectations and to specific client’s timelines. You will carry overall responsibility for sampling and manage fieldwork on projects to help ensure that profit is in line with expectation. Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Fieldwork Manager your role will encompass (although not exclusively) the following:

§ Responsibility for the management and control of fieldwork for the projects allocated to you and your team.

§ Train and manage the allocated Sampling Coordinators, delegate work, lead, motivate, develop and appraise staff:

o Provide first line support for any queries

§ Pro-actively seek alternative sample strategies and think about response rate on each project.

§ Take ownership of oversampled specialties and come up with strategies on how we can increase response rate and/or increase panellist counts.

§ Track monitor and report on sampling performance and the impact brought to the M3 GR panel service offering.

§ Have an excellent understanding of the M3 sampling, emailing and reporting tools to ensure they are used to the best of their capabilities in supporting project deliverability.

§ Provide constructive feedback to the Fieldwork Director and assist in bringing ideas on areas where M3 sampling, emailing and reporting tools can be improved in their functionality.
