As a Market Research Fielding Coordinator, you will be responsible for the sampling of quantitative projects and with assisting the Project Managers in making sure the projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements. You will liaise with other internal teams, vendors and freelancers to ensure that sampling response rates are in line with expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the management and control of sampling for the projects allocated to you.
  • Building a sampling plan for the projects allocated. This includes utilizing sample in our MR system, outside system, call-center, free found sample and panel resources.
  • Responsibility for the management and control of the partners on quantitative projects allocated to you, ensuring that M3 achieves and exceeds client’s expectations.
  • Making sure that the projects are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client
  • Alert the Project Manager of a project when a sample strategy is failing or getting off track and work together to find alternative solutions
  • Pro-actively seek alternative sample strategies in consideration of response rates and costs on each project
  • Track, monitor and report on sampling performance and costs at a project level
  • Have an excellent understanding of the M3 sampling, emailing and reporting tools to ensure they are used to the best of their capabilities in supporting project deliverability.
