What is Insight Elite?
Insight Elite is a monthly rewards program created to recognize physicians’ contributions to our healthcare market research. Eligible members can unlock additional bonuses based on the number of paid studies they complete each month.
Who is eligible to enter the program?
Entry is by invitation only. Members must receive a direct invitation for the current campaign period. Eligibility and reward dates are set out in the invitation.
How does one join the program?
Eligible members receive a formal invitation with specific instructions to enter the program.
What steps are required to enter the program?
Invited members must follow the instructions provided on their invitation. To ensure rewards are correctly allocated, it is essential to use the links included in the communication.
Does participation in Insight Elite affect other market research opportunities?
No. Participation in the program does not limit your eligibility for other paid surveys or studies. In fact, it may enhance your access by providing priority invitations aligned with your expertise (where available).
How are rewards determined?
Rewards are based on participation each calendar month:
$30 bonus for each of your first two completed eligible paid studies (in addition to the standard study incentive)
$60 total bonus when you complete your third eligible paid study in the same month. This includes a $30 per-study bonus and an additional $30 milestone bonus.
This means members can earn up to a maximum of $120 in Insight Elite bonuses each month, in addition to standard study incentives). Bonus progress resets at the start of each calendar month.
How are rewards distributed?
Monthly bonuses are credited as a one-time payment to your digital Wallet at the end of each calendar month (or during the following month, depending on processing).
What happens if I don’t qualify for studies?
Only completed paid studies count towards Insight Elite monthly bonuses. If a separate screen-out credit applies, it will be described in your study invitation.
Are rewards separate to study incentives?
Yes. Insight Elite bonuses are independent of, and in addition to, incentives for individual studies.
How do I track my rewards and program status?
We will send monthly communications summarizing your rewards. You may also refer to your account dashboard for study activity and view payouts in your digital Wallet.
Terms and Conditions
1. Program Levels
Insight Elite (2026) provides monthly bonuses to eligible panel members who complete paid healthcare market research studies during each calendar month. Bonuses are awarded in addition to standard study incentives.
2. Eligibility and bonus qualification
Bonuses are earned when an eligible study is successfully completed within the monthly activity window:
Per-study bonus: Members will earn an additional $30 bonus for each of the first three eligible studies completed during the activity window, in addition to the standard study incentive.
Third-study milestone bonus: Members who complete a third eligible study during the activity window earn an additional $30 milestone bonus. The milestone bonus is awarded once per month.
3. Activity Window
The activity window is defined as the period between the first and last day of each calendar month and will continue until October 31, 2026. At the end of each activity window, bonus progress is reset for the next calendar month.
4. Monthly cap
Monthly bonuses are capped at a maximum of $120 per member per activity window. Eligible study completions beyond the monthly cap in the same activity window will not earn additional Insight Elite bonuses (standard study incentives may still apply).
5. Eligible Studies
Studies deemed eligible for this program include paid market research studies available on your dashboard during the activity window. Paid and unpaid internal quizzes or engagement studies, including any recurring or panel pulse surveys, do not count towards monthly bonus qualification.
6. Reward Payment
Monthly bonuses are separate from individual studies incentives and will be credited as a one-time payment in the member’s digital Wallet towards the end of each calendar month (or during the following month, depending on processing). Standard study incentives are paid separately.
